WAVES is a 2.5-day gathering of doers and first movers in the Nordics and beyond. It brings together individuals across sectors and political spectrums, all dedicated to how we shift societal systems and work together.

WAVES is a gathering for those who feel the pull of transformation but are uncertain where it leads. For those who recognize that the old ways no longer serve us but are still searching for what comes next. For those who believe in action and impact but wonder if there is a different way to move—one rooted not in urgency, but in attunement.
WAVES is not a conference. It is not a retreat. It is a space to explore how we move through change—not by resisting, not by rushing forward, but by learning to move with what is already shifting. We will engage with intelligences of all kinds—human, artificial, and more-than-human—to stretch our capacity to respond, to adapt, and to flow.
